- A limited number of oversized entries can be accepted based on space available.
- If submitting a very heavy piece you must provide your own easel or display stand.
- All entries must be framed, strung with wire and ready to hang.
- Artwork will not be accepted if not ready to hang, or if it otherwise cannot be displayed.
- Each exhibitor and sponsor will receive 2 admission passes to the Opening Gala Friday, October 20, 5:30-8:30pm.
- Tickets for additional guests are $25 per person, available at the door.
- Admission to the show Saturday & Sunday is free.
- The commission on entries sold is 30%.
- Payments to artists will be mailed within 45 days of close of the show.

October 16 Deliver artwork to Grace Church between 10 am & 5 pm October 20 Opening Gala, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm October 21 Show & Sale 10 am to 6 pm October 22 Show & Sale Noon to 4 pm
Pick up unsold artwork 4:00- 6:00 pm, no earlier!
Grace Church cannot be responsible for entries not picked up on October 22
