Information for Artists

  • A limited number of oversized entries can be accepted based on space available.
  • If submitting a very heavy piece you must provide your own easel or display stand.
  • All entries must be framed, strung with wire and ready to hang.
  • Artwork will not be accepted if not ready to hang, or if it otherwise cannot be displayed.
  • Each exhibitor and sponsor will receive 2 admission passes to the Opening Gala Friday, October 18, 5:30-8:30pm.
  • Tickets for additional guests are $30 per person, available at the door.
  • Admission to the show Saturday & Sunday is free.

Exhibitor Fees/Payments

  • The commission on entries sold is 30%.
  • Payments to artists will be mailed within 45 days of close of the show.

    October 14Artists check-in and deliver artwork to Grace Church between 10 am & 5 pm
    October 18Opening Gala
    Sponsors’ and Artists’ Preview: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
    General Admission: 6:30 – 8:30 pm
    October 19Show & Sale: 10 am to 6 pm
    October 20Show & Sale: Noon to 4 pm
    Silent Auction Closes at 4pm
    Pick up unsold artwork 4:00- 6:00 pm, no earlier!
