- A limited number of oversized entries can be accepted based on space available.
- If submitting a very heavy piece you must provide your own easel or display stand.
- All entries must be framed, strung with wire and ready to hang.
- Artwork will not be accepted if not ready to hang, or if it otherwise cannot be displayed.
- Each exhibitor and sponsor will receive 2 admission passes to the Opening Gala Friday, October 18, 5:30-8:30pm.
- Tickets for additional guests are $30 per person, available at the door.
- Admission to the show Saturday & Sunday is free.
Exhibitor Fees/Payments
- The commission on entries sold is 30%.
- Payments to artists will be mailed within 45 days of close of the show.
