The following categories of art media are accepted: Drawing, Painting (Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Soft Pastel, Encaustic), Printmaking, Digital Art, Mixed Media, Photography, Ceramics, Sculpture, Assemblage, Wearable Art
- Please note the dates for Registration, Artist Drop-Off, and Pick-up of unsold work on the Save the Date Page.
- No entry will be accepted that is larger than 40″ on any one side. Dimensions are required for registration.
- If submitting a very heavy piece you must provide your own easel or display stand.
- All 2-D entries must be framed, strung with wire and ready to hang. Art with saw tooth hooks or easel backs will not be accepted.
- Each exhibitor will receive 2 admission passes to the Opening Gala on Friday, October 2nd, from 5:30-8:30 pm.
- Tickets for additional guests are $30 per person, available at the door.
- Admission to the show Saturday & Sunday is free. Hours on Saturday are 10:00am – 4:00pm, and Sunday 12:00pm – 3:30pm.
- You will be notified by phone or text if your work sells during the course of the show. Please note that check-out for unsold work begins at 3:45 pm on October 4th and ends at 5:00 pm.
Exhibitor Fees/Payments
- The entry fee for each work is $20.
- The commission taken on sales is 30%.
- Payments to artists will be mailed within 45 days of close of the show.
